我往Cisco模拟器里拖入了3个路由器，欲让其互连，然后用串口线连接时，发现没有串口可供连接。模拟器的Cisco路由器是可以自由添加模块的，事实上比较新的Cisco路由器像2811等也都已经实现模块化，我们可以定制一些模块，譬如增添某一接口或者删减之。

那么接下来依次为路由器添加串口：

1、双击路由器，打开路由器配置对话框，然后点击路由器面板上的电源开关“关闭电源”；

2、将对话框左边“Physical”选项卡里的“ WIC-2T”拖至路由器面板里的空模块里，如图：

3、再点击路由器面板上的“电源开关”打开电源，然后切换到“ CLI ”选项卡，我们会发现路由器的操作系统重新自解压，最终出现“ Continue with configuration dialog? [yes/no]: ”，我们在其后面输入“ no ”，然后回车，就可以配置该路由器的相关信息了。

3台路由器全部添加好串口后，用串行线将其连接好（连接时需要注意 DCE 与 DTE 的选择）：

然后依次为每一台路由器配置 IP 地址及时钟，拿Router 0 为例：
